People Operations Associate

Location: Lahore (onsite)
Coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling.
Track interview feedback and maintain hiring pipelines.
Screen resumes and manage candidate records in the ATS.
Maintain employee data and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare and analyze hiring and people-related reports.
Help develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
Use HR systems, data, and AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Majors are not important. Our current team consists of people with backgrounds in law, ed tech, and computer science.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing structured reports.
- Proficient in Google Sheets (or MS Excel), Google Workspace and familiar with using AI tools for productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Reliable, accountable, and capable of independently managing operational tasks.
A genuine interest in people operations, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Hands-on exposure to Recruitment, performance management and people operations in a growing engineering company.

Experience working with modern HR systems, ATS platforms, data, and AI-powered tools.
