People Operations Specialist

--10xEngineers--

Location: Onsite, Garden Town, Lahore

10xEngineers is growing fast, and we are investing in how we hire, grow, reward and look after our people. We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to reinforce the current HR team at 10xE.

This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who has already run HR processes, not just supported them. You will run day-to-day People operations end to end, bring structure to new initiatives, and keep work moving across the company. You'll have real ownership, and be a part of the group that shapes how the People function operates and scales over time.

What you'll do

  • Independently run the full employee lifecycle end to end. That covers pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding, performance and review cycles, payroll and benefits inputs, maintaining employee records and the people’s dashboard.

  • Analyze, review and refresh HR policies and SOPs, including leave, travel, and benefits e.g  health insurance, provident fund, bonuses etc

  • Help redesign performance management toward regular check-ins and annual calibration.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits, contribute to plan of an employee’s growth and retention

  • Turn People processes into clear requirements for our HRIS and engineering teams, and build practical AI and automation workflows that remove manual work.

  • Do first-line intake on employee concerns, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and the right escalation.

What you bring

Experience
  • 2-3 years in People Operations, HR generalist or HRBP-support roles, ideally in a tech or services company.
  • You have personally run a full hiring cycle, an onboarding program, a performance review cycle, payroll inputs or an exit process.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field. Your major matters less than your exposure to business systems and processes.
Skills
  • Organization and Analysis: You analyse data and situations to find the root cause, weigh the options and recommend a sound course of action.
  • HR analytics: you track attrition, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, review completion, and present them in clear reports in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • HR systems and automation: you use AI and automation tools to build workflows, not just to write text.
  • Professional communication: You can explain pay, benefits and policy simply and handle sensitive conversations professionally and assertively.

Why this role is worth considering

  • Work across recruitment, performance management, people operations, employee engagement, systems, and organizational initiatives rather than being limited to one area of HR.
  • Work closely with managers, functional leaders, and company leadership.
  • Have the opportunity to turn loosely defined problems into processes and systems that are actually used.
